Warranty Policy —

All products created by UNDE JEWELRY SRL are handmade, crafted with great care, using natural stones and other unique elements. Due to the nature of the materials used, each piece is one-of-a-kind, and no two products are identical. Variations in color, texture, or shape may occur, and these differences are not defects, but rather characteristics that make each piece unique. These natural variations increase the value and identity of each product.

What is Covered by the Warranty?

We provide a 2-year warranty for our jewelry products, starting from the date of purchase, provided the jewelry is properly used and maintained. Our warranty covers:

—  Defects in materials or craftsmanship — If there are any defects that arise due to the materials or craftsmanship of the product, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.

—  Loose or fallen stones — In the case of precious stones becoming detached, we will replace them within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the damage is not caused by the customer.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Accidental damage
• Improper or negligent use (such as dropping, bending, or scratching)
• Failure to follow care instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Products that have been altered, repaired, or cleaned by someone other than us

Repairs and Replacements

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair it or replace it. However, replacement items may not be identical, but we will offer a similar item with equivalent value.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your jewelry, we recommend the following:

• Store jewelry in the boxes in which they were purchased or in dedicated jewelry boxes.
• Always wipe your jewelry with a soft, clean cloth before storing it
• Handle and wear jewelry with care, especially pieces set with stones or pearls, as their settings can be vulnerable to mechanical shocks.
• Avoid wearing jewelry during heavy housework, sports, or any activity that may expose it to harsh chemicals, moisture, or physical impact.
• Do not wear jewelry in the shower, swimming pool, or at the beach to avoid damaging the metal’s shine or finish.
• Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, hair products, and chemicals, as these can cause the metal to erode or lose its shine.

For optimal maintenance, we recommend having your jewelry professionally examined and cleaned by a jeweler at least once a year.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each piece of UNDE JEWELRY SRL comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which attests to the high quality of materials and craftsmanship. This certificate also confirms that the jewelry is made from high-quality materials that will not lose their properties within the warranty period, as long as the jewelry is used and maintained properly.
