Custom-made Products: These are products made to order based on the customer's specifications and preferences.
Ready-made Products: The standard delivery time for ready-made products is 3 working days, plus the shipping time, depending on the customer's location.
Custom-made Products: The delivery time for custom-made products depends on the complexity of the project and the workload in our workshop. After evaluating the project, the customer will receive an estimated time for the completion of the order. The minimum processing time for custom orders is 3 weeks.
Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and package size.
Package Insurance: If you wish to insure your package during shipping, you must notify us via email before shipment. We will recalculate the shipping costs depending on your location.
Liability for Shipping Loss: We are not responsible for any shipping losses or delays caused by the courier services. Customers may opt for package insurance to protect themselves in case of loss or damage to the product.
Returns for Custom-made Products: Custom-made products are non-returnable, as they are made according to the customer's specifications.
Urgent Orders: If you have an urgent request and need the custom-made product to be prioritized, please notify us by email or phone before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our production capacity.
Non-payment for Custom Products: Full payment for custom-made products must be made within 30 days of the product's completion. If payment is not made within this period, the contract will be considered canceled, and the product will be forfeited.
Order: By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. The order will be considered finalized and accepted only after our confirmation.
Payment: For ready-made products, payment is required at the time of order placement. For custom-made products, a 50% deposit is required at the start of production, and the remaining 50% is due before delivery.
