You have the right to return non-customized products within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at [your email address] and provide the reason for the return.
The item must be:
In its original packaging;
Unused, unworn, and undamaged;
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any possible customs fees if applicable.
Once the return has been received and evaluated, we will process your refund within 14 days to the payment account provided by the customer. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made jewelry (items made based on specific measurements or requests);
Engraved jewelry (items with personalized engravings such as initials, dates, or messages).
Please double-check all customization details (measurements, engraving, etc.) before placing your order, as we are not responsible for mistakes in the information provided by the customer.
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange a return. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please note: Products that are damaged by the customer (e.g., scratches, misuse, etc.) cannot be returned.
To return an eligible item:

Once we receive and evaluate the returned product, we will issue a refund to the account provided by the customer within 14 days. The refund will cover the cost of the product only, excluding any shipping charges.
