Below, you'll find a pre-order form to complete with as much detail as possible. Please add images or references, whether from my website (your wish list) or other sources. We can also customize an item I no longer have in stock, as long as you're willing to let me recreate it, or we can bring to life something you've dreamed of—an entirely new design imagined by you. Once I receive your request, I’ll review it and get back to you within 10 days. If your request is urgent, please specify.
If I accept your order, I will send you a cost estimate and a timeline for completion. I will also schedule a Zoom or phone call with you for further clarification. This meeting lasts 50 minutes and costs €50. If you agree to move forward, I'll send you an invoice for the meeting, and once paid, we’ll schedule it. This consultation fee will be deducted from the final cost of the piece if we proceed with creating your jewelry. This conversation is essential for me to connect with your energy, to understand your desires, and to ensure we don't miss any important details that might not come across in writing. After our meeting, you'll receive a contract outlining the design and final cost.
After signing the contract, I will send you an invoice for a 30% deposit, which is required to begin the creative process. The creation time starts once the deposit is paid and varies based on the complexity of the design and my current workload. If the design is something I’ve made before, the time frame may be shorter. For entirely new and unique creations, expect a longer timeline—sometimes up to an year. If you choose to cancel your order at this stage, the deposit is non-refundable.
With your approval, I begin the design process. This involves sourcing materials (precious stones, natural elements like bones, feathers, fungi, etc.) and crafting a wax model. Once the wax model is ready, we will have another meeting to review the design. You’ll have the chance to approve or request changes. The approval must be given in writing, and a second invoice for another 30% will be issued at this stage.
After approval, the model is sent for casting to transform from wax to silver or gold. Any modifications after this point may incur additional costs or may no longer be possible. Be sure to double-check all details, such as ring sizes, wrist measurements, etc.
Once the piece has been cast, it will undergo final polishing and finishing before being delivered to you. After completion, I will send you photos of the finished item, along with the final invoice for the remaining 40%. This must be paid within 30 days of receiving the final invoice. Failure to pay will result in losing the piece. The delivery time is not included in the production time and is out of my control. Custom-made items are non-refundable, so please ensure all details are correct throughout the process.
