The Spirit of the Piece: At the very core of this imposing, sculptural ring lies a delicate silver mycelium structure, hand-wrought to simulate the intricate "roots" of the fungal world. Nestled within this silver web is a patch of genuine, vibrant green lichen, preserved in its peak state.
To protect and magnify this fragile life, a custom-cut, heart-shaped magnifying lens is placed over the center, inviting the viewer to peer into the microscopic soul of the forest. Surrounding this central altar is a wild congregation of sterling silver mushrooms of all shapes and sizes—some smooth, some rippled—with select caps and accents finished in gold-plated highlights to simulate the sun-kissed glow of a damp morning.
